Hi there,
my company is ready to deploy WP MU as long as I can provide it can bear the load of connection etc etc etc.
Making this capacity document means I need to know how many connections MU can support by sec for instance, what kind of servers is needed, the necessary RAM, the ability of hosting 100/200/500 or more blogs etc etc.
Do you know if this kind of document exist?

I don't believe a document like this exists because your requests per second (which is what I think you are asking for) will vary depending on your specific server setup.
For example, I'm running a VM with 4 2GHz processors, 3GB of RAM, Linux, Apache, etc. I can sustain around 300 requests per second. But I've also done some tuning on the server, as well as utilized caching plugins.
In order to get what you want, your going to need to make the decision on the server setup first, then do some Apache Benchmarking or other benchmarking to get the data you need.
