Host internally - expose externally (2 posts)

Having a problem figuring out how to "expose" our Wordpress install outside of our network. We have installed Wordpress MU on a box behind our firewall called server.internal. There are two blogs (using subfolders) at http://server.internal/blogs/blog1 and http://server.internal/blogs/blog2.

What we have done is set up a DNS entry so that
    http://extranet.company.com/blogs/blog1 points at
    http://server.internal/blogs/blog1

However - all of the generated html (specifically the links to the styles) are still showing up as http://server.internal - and therefore are getting lost in the redirect.

How can I configure Wordpress MU so that it lives on the internal box but we can expose it beyond the firewall?

    Thanks,

    Matt

You'd really need to use the same domain name for both internal and external access, and then set yyour internal DNS so that the specific hostname used for that site is reflected internally.
