WordPress MU

Im still a beginner trying to develop my first mu site. I created my own css and it killed buddypress?
I guess I do not understand how buddypress loops within mu? anybody want to point me into the right direction?

Go ask on the buddypress forums. :)

They recently changed how themes worked when using BP, so you're better off asking there where more people use it, and it's BP-specific.
