Maybe somebody already answered it.
I want to run multiple blogs on one domain using differend directories so example.com/blog1 example.com/blog2 etc etc/
It's basicly a copy of what Mozilla Labs is doing :)

It's also what WordPress MU is designed to do. Just download the MU package and choose the subdirectory install.
Mozilla Labs use MU, so yeah.
