I want to create a login section on my blog so after registering to the blog the user can able to apply their own theme how can i make this happen (how to provide login for the user.)
registered user are able to change their themes (7 posts)

I'm sorry but I don't actually understand what you mean. Each user who creates a blog can set the theme from the ones you make available to them.
