Change the Sample Page when new blog generated (3 posts)

    Hi

I'm running Wordpress MU, and what I'm trying to do is update the sample Page that is generated whenever a new Blog is created by a user.

i.e. the page that is titled "About" with "This is an example of a WordPress page, you could edit this to put information about yourself or your site so readers know where you are coming from. You can create as many pages like this one or sub-pages as you like and manage all of your content inside of WordPress." in it.

What I'd like to do is have a standard boilerplate document for someone to fill in the blanks and take out bits that don't apply to them, and give it a different title.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful. Thanks. :)

Plugins like New Blog Defaults will handle part of what you are asking for. You may have to code something custom in order to get the form you are talking about, however.

You might go this approach, too:
