I exported a site using Tools --> Export --> Wordpress and then imported to a new WPMU install. However, none the pictures show up. I looked in the media panel and the path was not /blogs.dir/3/files, but just /files like on a regular WP install. Can I change this somehow so that ll the media comes back?

When you did the import, did you check the box that said, "download and import files?" If not, I'd try killing the blog and re-importing with that box checked.

Posted 15 years ago #Yes, I did that. I am looking at the permissions in Transmit FTP and it says owner = admin and group = staff. For another blog that I got to work it says owner = admin and group = admin. Could that be it and how can I fix?
The server is an Apple Xserve running 10.5. I have access to it via terminal.
