I would like to hire someone to help create a plug in so we can bring students on board with our blogging site. The details of this plugin are as follows:

On login, check to see if the userid is numerical, if so do the following.

-change the visibility of the blog to private/password protected

-remove the ability for the user to change the visibility

-remove the ability for a user to create an additional blog outside of their main site.
