WordPress MU

I am looking for a Video Plug-in that actually works with uploads in the flavors such as: .rv, .wmv, .flv, .swf, etc.

Anyone? I've tried a few but either they do not install correctly or they just don't support a wide range of video formats. I suppose maybe creating a YouTube account and placing them there first? Is that what everyone is doing

I was attempting to embed a couple of videos last night, one from the Jon Stewart show (they had the embed url right there)and another from MSNBC the other night and nothing, I mean I went through the whole process and wound up with a stinking url back to the site the video "was"
