WordPress MU 2.8.4a & BP 1.1.1
This is something that I see occasionally, new posts won't show. I can see the headline in New Posts or BP Activity Widgets, but going to read the post displays just the template, no post there. Sometimes the post will show up later, for no apparent reason either. What's going on?

why do the permalinks stop functioning?
Nothing? No one has any ideas on this?
Nope, no idea.
Have you gone into that particular blog and resaved the permalinks settings?
I've seen that happen without Buddypress before, too. But, I've never been able to reliably replicate it. Resetting permalinks always fixes it.
