What's the significance of the "primary blog" and why would an admin want to change one primary blog to another?

Posted 14 years ago #Looks like it's the blog that wpmu defaults to when a user logs in, if the user doesn't specify the blog in the subdomain (or directory-path - if that's where your blog name is specified).
Any others?

That's pretty much the reason.
And if they leave a comment while logged in, their name will be linked to their primary blog.
