Has anyone noted the the blog's owner's comments not showing up in their RSS feed? I have someone asking over in WP.com land and I can't test this myself since none of my blogs have comments on them.

Whoa, they don't have the recent comments widgets? Confusing, since it came with the widgets install. And it's all run by the same guys, so why woudl they take it out?
The keep-on-top issue would be help via the Adhesive plugin (if you could get them to install it - works fine).
Comments feed - I think the code does limit them to last ten and if the feed reader isn't picking them up fast enough, I could see that doing it.

We have the recent comments widget over there. Her comments are just not showing up in her RSS comment feed though.
