Please add more details. Do you already have wpmu installed and working with main domain?

What is the url in question?

Is this only occuring on subdomains?

Any other info is helpful.

Have previous upgrades worked or is this the first time you've run it on this host? It sounds like it might be a php configuration issue with your host.
