WordPress MU

I have installed WPMU in a subfolder:

jjconline.net/jpress

When I tru to create a new blog, the "Add Blog" only gives me the optoin of creating a new blog as a subdomain such as

newblog.jjconline.net

which immediately does not work because WPMU is installed in the/jpress subfolder.

How do I get the new blog to be installed in :

jjconline.net/jpress/newblog

While I was waiting I figured out what seems to be an answer:

If you have no blog created, just edit the wp-config.php file. Change the line that says VHOST = yes to no.
