Hello,
When I attach my blog link into Facebook. It shows only the thumnail and my site url.
It doesnt show the Post title or give a description.
Has anyone had this issue or resolved it?

You post manually? This looks more like a facebook problem.
Personally I use the wordbook plugin and that's works pretty fine actually.

FB are always changing things, keeps the developers on their toes ;-)
Much easier to use a plugin and let someone else worry about it all ;-)
