Deactivate "Mark as spammers" and "Not Spam" via plugin (1 post)

    I'd like to be able to deactivate the buttons

    "Mark as Spammers" and "Not Spam" on my users list.
    and
    "Mark as Spam" and "Not Spam" on the blog list.

    How would I do this via a plugin?
    can it be as simple as changing the style to hide the buttons?
