Did you have an existing community website before WPMU? Since it is hard to integrate existing user accounts with WPMU accounts/blogs... did you jsut introduce the new feature and let them go at it?
Also... in regards to configuration... is it possible to put WPMU on another server that is seperate from current community?
eg) blog.yourdomain.com would be on server 1
yourdomain.com would be on server 2
Just trying to see how i can introduce this seemlessly into an existing community... which is made up of forums...
