At a minimum the solution should:
- be WPMU compatible
- ensure only new updates will be in the feed
- limit the number of entries in the feed (e.g., most recent 100 new posts)
- sort by most recent update or created
- ensure strict, valid NewsML output
We're primarily interested in NewsML 1.x, but NewsML G2 looks promising as well. We'd consider a non-WPMU plugin solution, but it seems like a plugin would be easiest to implement/maintain.
