is there any forum plugins in wordpress that works similar to simpro or vBulletin ?
it has to have a possibility of a private section forum, to send/recive PM`s and to upload avatars within the forum instead of using ex: flickr..
any help would be greate! :)
Closest thing to what you need is simple press:
It does not do PMs though I believe. That's for individual blogs.
Avatars and private messages have been discussed previously. You may want to search the forums for previous discussion on the topic.
If you like vBulletin, why not bridge it to your wpmu install? It'll have to be for sitewide though and not for individual blogs.

I tried simplepress, but honestly I think you should just go with bbpress instead.
Different tools for different tasks. I have clients who swear by simplepress.
