Some WP themes don't work too well with WPMU, but often you'll find WPMU "tweaked" versions.

How exactly do I export from WP and import one into WPMU?
I'm interested in "Quentin". -
You can't export themes you need to find the theme files for downloading somewhere but Quentin is an obsolete theme and isn't being maintained by its developer.
