WordPress MU

I need to post LOTS of photos and videos!

I go to add new post, and every time, I want to add a post with a picture, I have to click on the mediafile. Then, it comes up, and I have to insert it...

Does anyone know of a good plugin that enables me to post the picture
within the post? Ie, so I do not have to click on the mediafiles?

(I tried several - most of them do NOT work)

TanTanNoodles flickr gallery still requires some clicking but a lot less than the built in media manager

I found a photo plugin that works well...

But, the photos do not become resized when the sides of the web browsers are moved. Ie, the pictures do NOT become smaller nor large, they stay the same size and over lap...

any suggestions?
