Image not working (6 posts)

    Here is my problem,

Recently I upgraded the PHP to latest version in FastCGI mode and enabled the FastCGI in II6, from that time the Images is not displaying, it's uploads correctly and I can see in harddisk and I can see the the images in browser by typing the URL.

But in the blog, the wordpress referred a invalid location for the images, so the images not working.

Permalinks are fine and the images in the themes also fine. The external images are fine too.

    My Config:

    PHP 5.3.1 in FastCGI Mode.
    Windows 2003
    IIS6 with FastCGI enabled.
    Wordpress MU 2.8.6

I can't go back, because my other sites (50+) are configured with FastCGI and PHP 5.3.1.

If anybody know that where the wordpress generates the image URL, so I can't edit that line of code to find the correct.

I tried by installing fresh, but no success. The same issue again.

    My Blog URL: http://bfora.com

I think the problem is PHP and IIS with FastCGI.
also I tried to edit blogs.php, but there is no diffrence.
Even I deleted the blogs.php, but there is no difference, everything is working fine including the permalinks, except the uploaded images.

Due to no success, I managed to run IIS and Apache in my server.
Moved the wordpress (www.bfora.com) under apache and working fine.

Also why these programmers community here for wordpress rarely helping other peoples..

I always tried to help, and done many....

So try to help other peoples here, otherwise the community model will die soon...

Sorry? we do help each other A LOT. The fact that you chose to run it under IIS6 which isn't its target platform and so you had problems isn't really down to the fault of the programmers is it?

I know that wordpress written for Apache, but it's not meant it couldn't run on IIS. As I already stated, everything was fine (after some tweaks myself) before I recently upgraded IIS and PHP to latest version with FastCGI.

Anyway I am now running both IIS and Apache in same server and same port. Everything is fine..

I written a detailed article for running both webservers in a single server at http://code4fun.senthil.name (my technology blog).

    Senthil,
