I currently have a site setup at http://www.mba365.com with Deluxe Linux Hosting at Godaddy.
I'm interested in migrating the site over to MU and have seen many posts on people having trouble setting up on Godaddy.
I guess my main question is what is the easiest way to get all of my posts, themes, plugins, etc on the new Wordpress MU setup. And since I want the MU setup in my root folder, I imagine that i must delete the old wordpress site before installing the new MU? Hopefully someone can give me some words of wisdom as I'm a bit afraid to make the switch and delete my old site since i've put a bit of work into it.

If you already have a WordPress install, and you've already upgraded to 2.9, then I would suggest that you wait for version 3.0 where WordPress and WPMU codebases will have merged. And from there set up the multiple sites/blogs.
