Hi!
That question may have been asked 100 hundred times already, so I am sorry about that, I just can't seem to find the answer anywhere, so I will ask the pros: I would like to install 5 blogs in 5 different domains with the following URLs:
http://www.domain.com/blog/
http://www.domain.de/blog/
http://www.domain.it/blog/
http://www.domain.es/blog/
http://www.domain.co.uk/blog/
Is that possible? If yes, how can I start? Are there tutorials about such cases somewhere?
Thanks for your help!
is the blog the same blog in each case?
If not the domain mapping plugin maybe what you need.
Well, the bogs will treat about the same subject, but the content won't be the same, and in different languages. The theme will be the same, and the plugins will also be similar.
Besides, I wrote that the domains would end with /blog/, but depending on the language, this denomination could change to something else. To make my previous question more relevant, it should more be something like:
http://www.domain.com/bloga/
http://www.domain.de/blogb/
http://www.domain.it/blogc/
http://www.domain.es/blogd/
http://www.domain.co.uk/bloge/
Does that help a bit?
the domain mapping plugin is what you need.
you'll get the domains mapped at the top level, and can use a Page to get the /blog/ part.
Alright, thank you!
I will give it a try then!
