BullieverI am getting a 404 when someone tries to signup for a new blog. If I refresh the URL: http://usfbullsblogs.com/WPMU/wp-signup.php enough, it sometimes loads the sign up page.
Any idea swhy the actual loading of the signup page would be impacted like this?
