Recently updated to latest version

when i am inside either with admin or as my personal login account it jumps to diffrent bloggs inside

just now i was in with my admin account adding new themes
al of a sudden user blogg was set to main blogg( and YES i am very sure i didnt make it that)

anyone hade simular problems?
its like the linking inside is somehow broken

yesterday i was in on my personal blogg account and was messing with my widgets... all of a sudden it show the dashbar of an other user ( wich i dont have any right to)

And now its even worse

the linking on the main page all of a sudden demands a / after the url

http://www.mydomain/yourblogg/

bu all links to bloggs and comments is with out the /

its the newest wp mu
and I use the ada_updated_blogs_widget

anyone got a clue
its messed up :((
