Hi,
Does anybody encounter or know why the admin site's theme is messy after auto/manual upgrading? Currently, using 2.7.1. Everything looks fine and working after I tried to upgrade just the admin site theme layout is messy.
Did I miss out something?

Well, since I can't see what you;re seeing, you'll have to explain what you mean by "messy".
you're only on 2.7.1? If you just upgraded to that, you may have missed some files.

Realised that it's working fine on IE but not on firefox(which im currently using).. Although most users use IE but still hope to resolve this problem. :)

Upgraded to 2.7 sometime back.. a year ago or so.. Just upgraded to 2.9.
Your CSS files aren't loading. Make sure your CSS files exist. they should be in wp-admin/css.
