WordPress MU

I have done a new install of WordPressMU 2.9.1. After the install I go to the the Pages tab, click on the About page that has already been created. I then click on the Preview, and the page errors out. I try re-saving the page, same error. I create a new test page, and still get the same error.

I delete all the files and directories. Do a new the regular WordPress 2.9.1, not the MU version. Everything works in the Pages section of the Admin page.

I did not see anything in the Forums about this, hopefully I didn't miss it. Has this been reported yet?? What is the solution??

I get the following error:

Not Found

The requested URL /about/ was not found on this server.

Looks like your permalinks aren't working.

I had to look for what you were talking about, but found it. It worked. I have my own server, so have full admin rights.

I had to go into /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf, change AllowOverride to All and it worked.

How would I go about this if I didn't have admin rights??
