Subblog Permalinks suddenly not working? (5 posts)

Hello, i have an urgent problem with a subblog in my mu setup. I have 6 subblogs installed. everything worked fine until today i got called from a subblog-host who said that the permalinks of his articles wont work. Writing the post and watching it in preview works fine, however if it gets published the i get an 404. Even though the permalink-structure is completely right.

    e.g. mymusetup.com/subblog7/name-of-article

Permalinks on all other subblogs work just fine, just this one is buggy. Any idea how to fix this?

edit: Another weird thing is, that if i publish an article and i search for it, i get the result with the_excerpt. The same happens on the subblogs-frontpage itself. The article appears with the_excerpt. As soon as i click the headline (permalink) i get "Page not found" even though the permalink-structure looks completely right.

Have you tried going into the sub blog and resetting the permalinks? Settings -> permalinks?

Yep, it's a bug. Haven't found exactly why it does it. But, I've encountered it a lot.

Yeah, something's flushing the rewrite rules out of cache in the db, but nobody's been able to track down why yet.
