What is the MySQL Database table prefix for wordpress MU? Or si there one? I would like to know because I would like to install it on a shared database (shared as in Wordpress single user and MediaWiki, among other things, running on it), and don't want compatibility issues.

You set it when you install. By default, it's wp_. But, you can change it.
