Allowing authors to use certain plugins (2 posts)

    Is there any way to allow the 'Author' role to use certain plugins (ex. nextgen gallery). Right now, only the admins can use the plugin and we would like the authors to have the ability to upload photos to the nextgen gallery but not have access to other plugins. Let me know if this is possible, thanks.

    as far as I remember, within the nextgen gallery there are settings that specify which role is allowed to upload pics.

    Just edit the defaults and it should be valid site wide.
