Logged into the dashboard for my site today & found a message for upgrading to 2.9.2. I went ahead & did the upgrade. I wanted to change a setting for Reading settings on one of the blogs. When I clicked Save Changes, I got a message saying, "You are not allowed to call this page directly." The URL is http://<my site>/<blog>/wp-admin/options.php.

How am I going to change this setting, and is this going to be fixed soon?

Settings work for me in 2.9.2. Did you do the auto upgrade? You might try doing a manual copy of the all the 2.9.2 files and see if that fixes the problem.
