buddypress 1.2.1
I have a couple blogs with different themes and this is the case with all of them.
Whether it's for a buddypress avatar, gravatar, or just adding an image to a post, it's not working. I can upload from a url when that option is available but when I upload from my computer it just shows a blanks spot.
Any suggestions?

Is the file getting uploaded at all? Are you using the simple uploader or the flash uploader?
Can you give us a link? If images aren't getting cropped & displayed properly, it's likely a server issue.

Any image on the site has been upload from a url which works fine. I checked the directory and it seems like they are in fact being uploaded.
I've tried using the flash uplaoder and the browser uploader with the same results. no image shows.

This is still unresolved and increasingly frustrating. Help is appreciated.
