Hey All,
Have anyone of you heard about any plugin's that can add a "questionnaire" feature to WP that would allow multi-path questions?
Something like a form that would ask:
Do you like A Or B?
If they select A it would show them page C
If they select B it would show them page D
Anything like that out there before I start hacking my own?
