We started a thread in plugins and no response, not a single one yet.
Im looking to add a ajax popup or i frame popup for login and register, also looking for a ajax box on posts with a subscribe to feedblits weekly mailer and also pages with videos to automatically pop up in post to view in large format in i frame, if someone could help us out we are willing to pay someone to do this for us if needed, thanks!

It doesn't sound like there's anything special in WPMU for the stuff you're looking for. Why don't you ask on the WP forums. There's a lot more folks over there.
