I thought I'd test my signup page but the page title is 'Page not found'
My themes header and footer are on the page with no content in between and hovering over the top is the sign up form. How do I fix this? Have a look for yourself here >>

Yes, and posting multiple times sure helps solving the problem.
What's in the webserver's error logs please?

It's the first time I posted it... Mentioned it in someone elses thread but noone had responded there for a month so I started my own.
Don't have any error logs

Just noticed that when I changed my permalink settings from the custom /%category%/%postname%/ to the default setting I no longer get the 'page not found' but the page layout is exactly as before with only the header and footer with no content area.
Please, any advice? It's getting quite urgent.
