I added an admin user and then deleted the original. Now I have NO control over the MU admin control. I doesn't show ANY controls.

Replacing the original admin is discussed in this thread:

    http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic/13444

Do that, bump up the new admin user to site admin, log out, confirm that the new admin user as sitewide power and then remove the site admin access for the original admin user.

Don;t delete it. Someone else could grab it and pretend they're you although they won;t have access.

    Hope this helps

Someone else is going to have to help with this. I gather yfrog is some sort of redirection service and it's blocked for me.

Can you provide the actual link of the image where the shortner resolves to? Shortners redirect from one url to another. Many networks ban them as they're used for getting around porn blocks.

You need to update the site_meta meta_key named "site_admins". Change admin to your new username.
