Hey there all,
I've been using standard tools to clear out the spam blogs and sign ups but the spammed blogs still remain in the MySQL DB.
Is there any quick way of deleting the spam? I've got over 50,000 that I need to clear.

It would be helpful if you mentioned what you have done in the past. "Standard tools" doesn't give us anything to go on.
I believe Power tools will remove deleted or marked as spam blogs but I've never tried it myself:

Sure, wmu powertools is what I've used. Sadly it doesn't remove the spam's tables from the DB itself so I was wondering if there was a solution to that.
the version of powertools I've got removes tables if I use the delete spam blog options
