    >_>;.. Is this possible? I want to restrict blog creations to only @uga.edu domains but I want everyone to be able to comment but still only those that are registered to limit spam. Sooo I need to be able to allow non @uga.edu to register, but not allow them to register blogs. *trips over self*

    Not that that I'm aware of. It's a good idea though and you might want to suggest this over on the trac.
