sorry, for my bad english first :-)

When an user get a blog, there are standard links like "wordpress.org", "wordpress.com" and so on ... It is possible to change this standard values? If yes, where I can do that?

My second question is, it is possible to give widgets as standards?

New Blog Defaults lets you set up standard links:

There are other plugins out there that deal with widgets. Blog Templates does both (I think).
