WordPress MU

We are using the global category plugin (which is working well).

However, there are some pages on our main site that we don't want global categories to work.

In other words, we want our main site to aggregate all sub-blogs posts with the category of Science as a list on the Science page. But, we don't want to aggregate all posts with the category of News to the News page.

Any ideas?

Correction: It's the WordPress MU Sitewide Tags Plugin - Not Global Category Plugin.
