WordPress MU

I want to setup multi blog site for our organization members.
I would like to have that the user can get http://www.domain.tld/blogname/

subfolder system is better or Sudomain is better? But i don't have enough knowledge for subdomain stuff.

At the moment my MUWP folder is domain.com/blog/ but i don't like to have this URL ( http://www.domain.com/blog/blogname/) for my Blog user.

We prefers to use like http://www.domain.tld/blogname/.

Can you give me aguide? I think i need some edit for .htaccess ???

Can you reinstall it in the root directory? ie; in public-html, not /blog/.

If you're getting mydomain.tld/blog/blogname/ then you installed the WPMU files into the subdirectory /blog/. They need to be in the root of your site, not a subdirectory. Please reread the first point of the third install instruction of your readme file.

Gotta admit that I think you should stay with the subdirectories instead of subdomains if this is the question you're asking. Please remember that WPMU is server software. If you're asking a basic question like this that's covered in the readme file, I think you need to go as simple as possible. Not trying to sound rude but...
