Move wpmu/bp UP a directory « WordPress MU Forums

when I installed our wpmu/bp setup we had other systems in sub directories for testing, and we weren't sure we would go with bp, so right now my system is configured for urls like: domain.com/bp/wp-admin

so now we like this and want to move it up to the proper location - can anyone point me in the right direction for changes I need to make, or even publish steps?
