I cannot seem to find one . . .

Is there a plugin that allows you to organize the blogs in some way? Like by category/folder/etc instead of simply by when they were created.

Does this do something on the back end? I am not looking for front-end . . . sorry.

Nope, it's only on the front end. There isn't anything for the backend.

If you wanted them categorized, then you'd need some way of actually categorizing the blogs themselves.

You can sort by those columns in the admin area.
