    Can I create a WPMU blog with pre-defined settings and plugins so that every new blogs with canonical domains inherit this pre-defined settings and plugins?

    I use :

    platinum seo
    reviewazon
    breadcrumb nav
    wordpress secure
    duplicate eraser
