ok.. I have one blog with 5 users... Is there a way to view just one users feed at a time?

What I have is -

mysite.com/blog/feed

I want to do something like

mysite.com/blog/jimmys/feed

I don't care what it looks like i just want to view the individual feed from each user not the complete blog.

You could add a widget to you sidebar to list authors with feed link:

You could add your own author feed links to loop/postmeta: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_author_feed_link

You can manually type in to your favorite feed reader any wordpress author feed link:
http://jimmysblog.mysite.com/author/jimmy/feed/
or
http://mysite.com/jimmysblog/author/jimmy/feed/
