WordPress MU

When I go to Site Admin in my WPMU and add a New Blog it does not show up under the My Blogs that is under the Dashboard tab. The only one showing up is the main parent blog.

Is there a setting that needs to be done so the blogs that are added will display under the My Blogs tab?

WPMU was setup for sub-domains. So my new blogs url would be in front of the parent blog domain.

I am using version WPMU 2.9.2 and its working fine here.There is no extra setting needed to display the added blogs under Blogs tab.

The my Blogs tab will only shows blogs you are the admin on.

and how can i write a post if im an author?

my problem is:
a blog admin, created a user for me with author level.
now i dont know how to start writing

As an author,still you have a dashboard where you can find Add new post option under posts tab....(Author – can upload files plus write and publish own posts.)

Go to the blog in question, add /wp-admin/ to the URL. Now you;re in the admin area. Write a Post.

i tried that last and it redirects me to http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

there i only see two groups of options: DASHBOARD and PROFILE.
and in MY BLOGS i see:
