Header+sidebar from blog1, content from blog2? (4 posts)

    Hello,

I have two blogs: one is the main blog and the second blog is a bunch of recipes. There are so many recipes (thousands) that I have made this its own blog.

Now, When you click on the recipes blog, I would like the content to list the most recent recipes, but I still want my header, sidebar and footer to be pulling data from the main blog.

How do I go about doing this?

    Thanks!

Use the same theme. That will give you most of it.

Well it did... the style looks the same, only it's all populated with blog 2's data. So if blog 2 is named 'blog 2' then that's what the title of the page will be, not blog 1.

Well, you weren't that specific above. :) you could change the code in the theme's php files so it doesn't pull the blog title, but uses your main blog URL .That's be simple HTML there.
