Hello.
I currently have a website I created using Wordpress: thefluffyshrimp.com
I would like to permit multiple users to post blogs on the website.
Is there a way I can upgrade my current website to Wordpress MU (ideally without altering too much of the current layout/customizations I did)?
If not, then is there another way or another widget I can use to allow multiple-user blogs?

Yes and No.
Wait for the WP3 official release and upgrade as you normally would(backup and be prepared to go to your backup if it all goes wonky on ya). Multi-site is part of the same package from here on in. Moving from a single blog to multi-blogs is a snap. The same themes/plugins may all work.

If you;re on single WP, moving to WPMU involves tearing down your site and installing MU. Waiting, then doing the above is much, much easier.
