WordPress MU

Right now when I add a new blog the theme starts out with the About page already created with some text filled in.

How can I add more "default" pages which are already created with text like Contact, Services, etc.

So when a new blog is created there will be About, Services, Contact, and FAQ's already created with predefined text.
